Personalised order proof checklist

A controlled proof connects the customer’s supplied details to one named production version.

Copy details exactly

Record wording, capitalisation, punctuation and dates from the approved source. Highlight ambiguous characters and do not silently “correct” a requested spelling.

Check product and position together

Confirm the exact product, colour, size, decoration area and orientation. A layout that works on one item may not transfer unchanged to another.

Approve a named version

Show a version and date on the proof, record the approver and require a fresh approval after any alteration. Keep the final proof with the order confirmation.
