A like-for-like table exposes differences hidden by a single unit price.

Issue one specification
Send every supplier the same product, quantity, dimensions, material, finish, artwork, packaging and delivery requirement. State acceptable alternatives separately.
Price the complete order
Include setup, design work, samples, tooling, personalisation, delivery and tax. Ask what changes at repeat-order quantities or after artwork approval.
Confirm terms before approval
Record payment points, proof responsibility, production lead-time trigger, cancellation limits and the process if goods arrive damaged or differ from the agreed specification.
